INFORMACJA O PUNKTACH KONTAKTOWYCH DSA

S-Net sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Krakowie (Polska), adres: ul. ul. Kapelanka 13, 30-347 Kraków, KRS: 0000339576, NIP: 6772334247 (dalej: „S-NET”), realizując zobowiązania wynikające z Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2022/2065 z dnia 19 października 2022 r. w sprawie jednolitego rynku usług cyfrowych oraz zmiany dyrektywy 2000/31/WE (dalej: „DSA”), wyznacza:

1. Punkt kontaktowy, o którym mowa w art. 11 DSA, umożliwiający bezpośrednią komunikację z organami państw członkowskich Unii Europejskiej, Komisją Europejską i Radą Usług Cyfrowych, na potrzeby stosowania DSA, pod adresem e-mail: dsa@s-net.pl
2. Punkt kontaktowy, o którym mowa w art. 12 DSA, umożliwiający odbiorcom usług bezpośrednią komunikację drogą elektroniczną, pod adresem e-mail: dsa@s-net.pl

Komunikacja z punktem kontaktowym S-NET może odbywać się w języku polskim lub angielskim.

S-NET sp. z o.o. [LTD.] with its registered seat in Cracow, Poland, address: Kapelanka 13, 30-347 Kraków, Poland, KRS number: 0000339576, NIP (Tax ID): 6772334247 (hereinafter: ‘S-NET), in fulfilment of the obligations under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market For Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (hereinafter: ‘DSA’), appoints:

1. A point of contact, as referred to in Article 11 of the DSA, for direct communication with the authorities of the Member States of the European Union, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services, for the application of the DSA, at the e-mail address: dsa@s-net.pl,
2. A point of contact, as referred to in Article 12 of the DSA, for direct communication with the recipients of the services of S-NET, at the e-mail address: dsa@s-net.pl.

Communication with the S-NET points of contact may be held in Polish or English.
